RigiTech is excited to announce a breakthrough in medical logistics: 3 drones from 3 separate countries – Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands – flew simultaneously from 1 remote control tower in Amsterdam. In partnership with ANWB, Touring Club Switzerland (TCS) and ÖAMTC in Austria, RigiTech’s Iguards all conducted synchronized test flights managed from 1 centralized control center.
Revolutionizing Medical Logistics with Drones
Our Eiger drone was put to the test operating seamlessly in the airspace of Austria, and Switzerland, performing critical missions from our central control base in The Hague.
RigiTech has designed Rigicloud as a cloud-based platform for many-to-many drone operations, meaning that multiple operators can control many drones at once, even across borders. This demonstration shows the future of medical delivery: coordinated from a single central hub, multiple drones fly simultaneously in different countries.
